First In-person Operational Exercise since COVID
On March 19, Civil Air Patrol’s National Capital Wing held its first in-person operational exercise since the start of COVID. With four aircraft and 26 auxiliary airmen, members gained skills in radio communications, aerial photography, target identification, and tracking distress beacons.
