The Veronica Harris Show

The Veronica Harris Show is an award-winning talk show that discusses all aspects of life from a sports perspective. The aim is to educate, inform, and most of all, make viewers critically think all while having a good time. The host, Veronica Harris, is a former Civil Air Patrol cadet from Washington, D.C. She is currently a health and physical education teacher in New Jersey and the owner of a sports analysis consulting company.

The show was produced through DCTV, which is Washington, D.C.'s only television station devoted entirely to local programming created by and for the District of Columbia and the surrounding Virginia and Maryland metropolitan communities.

On the show, CAP’s 75th-anniversary tribute video and science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) kit awareness video aimed at teachers are also played as part of the broadcast.

Col. Richard Cooper, wing external aerospace education officer; Lt. Col. Paul Cianciolo, wing vice commander, and public affairs officer; 1st Lt. Chris Freedlander, commander of the wing’s Fairfax Composite Squadron; and Cadet Liliana Glancy of the wing’s Fairfax Composite Squadron talk about their personal experiences and the various programs Civil Air Patrol has to offer.
