Andrews' Member Named National Cadet NCO of the Year

Inspiration and aspiration, virtue and excellence, the "onward and upward" story of Civil Air Patrol's 2020 Cadet NCO of the Year, Cadet Chief Master Sgt. Dean Courtney of National Capital Wing's Andrews Composite Squadron can be read in the Fall 2020 issue of Volunteer magazine on pages 36-37. Courtney is one of approximately 21,000 cadets in Civil Air Patrol.
