5/14 Update: Civil Air Patrol's National Capital Wing is now in Phase III of remobilization. This means that we are generally authorized to conduct all normal CAP activities in person, including overnight events; however, we must still follow CDC, CAP, state, and local health guidance, and restrictions that continue to exist for certain facilities. Masking will remain necessary for all CAP indoor activities or any outdoor activity where social distancing cannot be maintained.
